Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) 3-5 business days
Other Cities & Towns 5-7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or festive seasons.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹XX (or Free for orders above ₹XXX)
  • Express Shipping (Faster Delivery): ₹XX (if available in your location)
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside India.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
  • If the package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors/security. If still not found, report the issue within 48 hours.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

7. Change of Address or Order Modification

  • If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

8. Return to Sender (RTS) Orders

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package:

  • We can reship the order after confirming the correct address (additional charges may apply).
  • If you prefer a refund, we will process it after deducting shipping and handling charges.
