Order Processing Time

- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can track your order status using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
- If the package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors/security. If still not found, report the issue within 48 hours.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
7. Change of Address or Order Modification
- If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
8. Return to Sender (RTS) Orders
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package:
- We can reship the order after confirming the correct address (additional charges may apply).
- If you prefer a refund, we will process it after deducting shipping and handling charges.
